Dolphin Swim Club is a family owned and operated business that has served the community for over 30 years. DSC is a specialized organization that focuses on making children’s lives better with a proven proprietary learn to swim curriculum. We take great pride knowing that our history began with a vision to bring safety and confidence to every child by teaching them how to swim.

DSC is looking for team members who want to have fun teaching children to swim and who want to join a dedicated and caring team. We offer paid training, flexible set schedules and a rewarding work environment.
Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.
